Incremental budget-增量預(yù)算
Incremental budgeting is where the budget is based on the current year’s budget (or result) + adjustments for expected inflation, sales growth.
It is sufficient if current operations are as efficient, effective and economical as they can be (acceptable).
In general it is an inefficient form of budgeting as it encourages slack and wasteful spending.
