Recognition and measurement of functional currency-本位幣的確認(rèn)和計(jì)量

Criteria:

The transactions denominated in a currency other than its functional currency.

Record the transaction at the exchange rate on the date the transaction occurs.

Initial measurement:

The spot exchange rate on the date the transaction occurred ( Historical rate) or An average rate over a period of time, providing the exchange rate has not fluctuated significantly.
